The T35-11 series axial flow fan is a new type of fan designed and improved on the basis of the 30-11 fan in China in the 1980s. Compared with the 30-11 fan, it has obvious advantages: ① more reasonable structure: the hub is cylindrical, reducing flow loss, and the blade root strength is high; ② There is a significant improvement in performance: the total pressure efficiency is 89.5%, and the noise (compared to A-level) is reduced by 3.6Db (A)
This series of fans is suitable for transporting gases that are non explosive, non corrosive, and have no significant dust. The ambient temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, and it is widely used for ventilation and heat dissipation in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residential areas. It can also be installed in series with long exhaust pipes to increase the pressure in the pipes. After removing the casing, it can also be used as a free fan.
The anti-corrosion axial flow fan (FT35-11 type) is made of anti-corrosion material fiberglass processing, and the motor is a special anti-corrosion motor used to transport corrosive gases to prevent sparks. It can also be produced as an explosion-proof fan according to user requirements (using explosion-proof motors). The performance parameters and appearance of FT35-11 and BT35-11 fans are the same as T35-11 fans.
